| GamingCrazy Addict ![]() | 3.52 M33 and 3.40 OE-X install guide 3.52 M33 Install Guide (With Pics!) Scroll down if you want the 3.40 OE-A Install Guide. This guide involves changing the Flash files on the PSP, This can be risky and i don't take responsibility for any damage. Files needed: Choose the link for your firmware: Pre-Compiled 3.52 M33 for Custom Firmwares (3.40 Oe, 3.03 OE, 2.70 Se, ETC) [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] mirror download "[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]" Pre-Compiled 3.52 M33 for 1.5 [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] Instructions: (1) Download the correct pack for your psps firmware and make sure your battery is at 75% or above. (2) Make a folder in My Documents called 3.52 M33 (3) Extract "3.52 M33 Pre Compiled Installer For Custom Firmware Uploaded by Damo.zip" to your 3.52 M33 folder. (4) Plug in your "PSP" (5) Open up the folder you made called 3.52 M33 and double click on the "3.52 M33 Pre-Compiled For Custom Firmware.exe" (If you aren't using windows, right click on it and open with a rar program.) (6) Click browse, select your psp drive letter in "My Computer" and click ok. Then click install, if it gives you any messages about overiting click yes to all. (7) After the files have copied, Unplug your psp and go to the memory stick section in your game menu. (8) Run "3.52 M33UPDATE" (If you are on 1.5, run KXploit Patcher, then run the "3.52 M33UPDATE") (9) When it has loaded it will take you to a screen that has information about upgrading. Press X to start. (10) Once the upgrade is complete, manually reboot your psp. (11) If you want your psp to look good, install the AppleCor XMB Theme: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] ![]() To install it, Unzip the AppleCor XMB files into a folder. Then boot your psp into recovery mode. First hold up the power button for five or more seconds to properly turn it off, Then hold the Right shoulder button and turn it on. In the Recovery menu. Go to Advanced and select "Toggle USB (Flash 0)" Then Plug a USB Cable in and your computer should come up with a removable disc. Copy the contents of your Flash 0 to a folder on your desktop or somewhere else to make a backup. Copy the AppleCor Folder over and click yes to all on any overwriting. Reboot your psp and your theme should be on. (12) Now your PSP is on 3.52 M33, Good luck with Homebrewing! 3.52 M33-4 Update Pre-Compiled 3.52 M33-4 Update (Only use after installing main firmware.) Files Needed: Pre-Compiled 3.40 OE-A Update for Custom Firmwares [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] Pre-compiled 3.40 0E-A Update for Upgrading from 1.5 [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] You can upgrade straight to 3.40 OE-A from any homebrew enabled firmware. Make Sure you download the correct pack for your homebrew enabled psp. Make sure your battery is at 75% or above Instructions: (1) Download the Pre-compiled 3.40 OE-A Update for your firmware version. (2) Make a Folder in My Documents Called 3.40 OE-A (3) Extract "3.40 OE-A Pre Compiled Installer Uploaded by Damo.zip" To the folder you just made (4) Plug in your "PSP" (5) Open up the Folder you made called 3.40 OE-A and double click on "3.40 OE-A Pre-Compiled.exe" (6) Choose to extract to the root of the memory stick on your psp. (7) Disconnect the "PSP" and go to the "Game" folder. (8) Run 3.40 OE-A Firmware Install (9) Once you have opened the program some text will come up. Press the "X" button (10) When it is done flashing the files. Maually reboot the psp by holding the power switch up until it turns off. Then turning it back on. (11) If all went well you should be on 3.40 0E-A Damo
