Try this:

Open up windows explorer or my computer and find the folder that has all the rar files for the game. Find the one that has a name of something like xxxxxxx.part01.rar(xxxxxxx being whatever the game is named). Double click that file and it should bring up winrar box with xxxxxx.iso or .cso. Click and drag that file to where ever you want to save it. When finished you should have the complete iso or cso file. All the pieces are automatically un-rar'd and re-assembled to the final file. When finished you can rename the game file to a more appropriate name as most of these files have strange names.

I really can't understand what you are trying to say but it sounds like you are expanding the iso/cso and unraring or opening up the iso/cso. Do not expand any further than the iso/cso level, you do not need to open up the iso/cso just extract it as a whole from the rar file.

like gandalf has mentioned, you have expanded the iso/cso and extracted the main game files. which will not work in the psp. for the games to work, they must be in the iso/cso file format.

what i think the problem is, you have associated the "ISO" file format. you need to remove this from the winrar options list. follow this and when you extract the file, you will only extract the iso/cso and not the game files.

1. open up winrar (doesn't matter what winrar folder you open, any will do).
2. left click on "Options" and select "Settings".
3. now select the "Integration" tab.
4. de-select the "ISO" box.
5. press apply and ok.

now when you extract the winrar folder, you should only extract the iso/cso file and not the contents of the game.
