Re: [Guide] How to manually install custom firmware v3.90m33-2

the "352" folder goes into the "PSP" folder, not the "GAME" folder.

back -up your mem card (your game saves etc.) then format your mem card using the psp. the psp will then make new folders on your mem card including the "352" folder. formatting your mem card will also clear it ready for the update.

Re: [Guide] How to manually install custom firmware v3.90m33-2

that is a bit strange. if you want to revert back to v1.50, you must have a fat psp. if you tried to go back to v1.50 on a slim, you will brick the psp.

i used an easy installer GUI to format and to put all the files onto the mem card. click "[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]" to download the easy GUI installer. when you have finished formatting the mem card, there is no need to do the battery. as you already have made one. just put the mem card into the psp, then put the battery in. now press X to take you back to v1.50.

you need to download the 7 zip program. click "[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]" to download it. i found it at the official 7 zip site "[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]". when you have installed the 7 zip program, you should be able to extract the iso/cso file.

thanks for the information.. hahaha.. sorry for being noob. i'd realise that i was using the old winRAR installer, thats why it couldnt support the 7z at the very beginning.. THANKS PRO!
