not that im aware of. the only way i can think of, is to reinstall the v4.01m33-2....but in order to do that, you will need to downgrade to a lesser custom firmware to re-install v4.01m33.

but why do you want to remove the v1.50 add-on?

you shouldn't need to connect to a network to update. not sure why you are getting that error...disable the wi-fi connection and try it all again.

follow the guide to the letter and you should be able to install v4.01m33-2 without any problems...

Re: [Guide] How to manually install custom firmware v4.01m33-2

it shouldn't do...try formatting your flash1 folder in the recovery menu...you can find that option in the "advanced" section.

if that doesn't work, try resetting you psp back to default settings....you can do that in the "System Settings" on the psp's xmb.

Re: [Guide] How to manually install custom firmware v5.00m33

i am currently running 4.01 m33-2 and dont have any probs with it is there any point in going to 5.00 m33?
is there any thing major thats been updated in it enough to warrent the risk of another update on the firmware as there is allways a slim chance of bricking even if you take all steps to gaurd against it as we all know sh!t happens

If your happy and not having any problems just stay on 4.01m33-2. 5.00m33-3 is out now, still fixing a few problems. The main things are the psn store and working with the ps3. So if you are not doing any of that then 4.01m33-2 is fine as everything is working properly.
