A little more info please.

What game?
What file type?
Where are you copying the files to?
Phat or Slim?

Dude, about the installation for the v1.50 kernal patch for phat version. i had copied whole files into PSP/GAME4XX . When i press X to begin, it said incorrect n inexistant 150.pbp at root. can u help me with this problem ? thanks!

You need the 1.50 eboot - found here if you dont already have it.

Place that file (name it 150.PBP first) in the root of the your memory stick then run the patch again.
