There is homebrews fo version 4.00??

I donīt understand a bit of homebrews

No, homebrews are for custom firmware. They are programs written by people to run on the PSP for different things such as emulators for snes, nes, and the like.

You have to install custom firmware first. At this point in time and being at official 4.00 firmware the only way to install custom firmware is with the use of a pandora battery and magic memory stick.

After the PSP is running custom firmware then you can install homebrew.
