please help with my newly hacked psp

hi i have recently installed a custom firmware using rainsmms the firmware is 4.01m33. i have downloaded a game pack that has a folder name GAME150 the file is gPSP0.9 followed the instructions and put the folder in psp, file came up corrupted. so i googled it and found this emulator snes9xtyl 0.4.2 i put this in the psp/game then re-put the GAME150 back on to the psp still corrupted, i done it again but changed the folder name to GAME401 and 4XX i am still getting the same corrupted file, or when i click on memory stick it tells me i have no games installed. i can put an iso game on there and it works brilliantly, anybody have any ideas how to overcome this.
thanks in advance for your help.

Re: please help with my newly hacked psp

in the recovery menu, go into the "configuration" menu and check to see what kernal setting your on. if the game was supposed to be in the "game150" folder, then set the kernal to 150. and try again with the game in the "game150" folder.

also, what type of psp do you have? is it a fat or a slim psp? because the older games that need to put in the "game150", will not work on the slim. as the 150 kernal has been dissabled by the hardware in the slim psp.

you could try and put the game in to the "game" folder.
