jtultima, for Quake 2, there should be a read me with it. I believe you needed to download some files and add them to the game to get it to work. The website should be included in it. (and I can't drop the boldness for some reason xp) Lastly, I know I'm super behind, but I will get these updates posted, just been seriously busy with my college work, I haven't even gotten the chance to update my own PSP, sad isn't it? Everything is still cool, I'm still around, and will post updates and changelogs A.S.A.P. Thanks again for those who support me and this thread, you guys rock ![]()

| GamingCrazy Guru ![]() | Re: My must have 1.50 homebrew Finally, I have enough time to update my links and post the changelogs. The wait has paid off and there is a lot of updates and new apps. First off, probably the most anticipated other than the PS1 emulator, the new gpSP emulator, the full-speed GBA emulator with 32mb rom support. Changelog: # Fixed bug in dead flag elimination, "alt" version no longer needed. # Fixed EEPROM saves being saved as 32kb instead of 512bytes/8kb + 32MB ROM support has been added. ROMS are "demand loaded" as necessary and page swapped out; there might be a small loading lag, but I have yet to ever really notice anything. NOTE: 32MB ROM support only works for unzipped ROMs. + Save states have been added. See the save state menu for save/load options. + Support for the real-time clock (RTC) chip in Pokemon cartridegs and other games. The implementation is based off of VBA's, whatever notes on gbadev I could find, and some of my own reverse engineering of what the games do... it might not be totally correct. Also, setting the time does not work. + Per-game configuration. Currently this only saves frameskip and frameskip variation options. + Removed the flash type option from the menu and instead added it to game_config.txt. Hopefully got everything - let me know if you find something that isn't there. It's pretty easy to add them if you have to. + Added a display in the upper left-hand corner to indicate when fast-forward is on. + Added button bindings for save/load state. @ Found a fix of StrmnNrmn proportion: far too much unnecessary mutex synchronization was going on. Removing the two offending lines of code gave a massive speed boost for free. Enjoy. Next, it is the final version of iR Shell, it had a good run, but all things must come to an end. This one includes the new Vista Clarity skin. Changelog: 1. The Homebrew directory can be customized under iR Configurator. You can change it from original /PSP/GAME to anything you like. Pls note if you relocate the homebrew directory, XMB won't be able to launch them. 2. You can now organize your homebrews into various sub-folders, such as: Emulators Games General Utilities WiFi Applications This will help to organize your homebrews and make it easier to locate a specific one easier. It also helps to speed up the APP view. The sub-folder must be in the syntax of "$name$". The 2 dollar signs are used to signify this is a folder which contains various homebrews. 3. The File Manipulation has been updated for the APP view, so that you can create, rename, delete directories as usual. Pls note when you create directory under APP view, you don't need to put dollar signs and the system will add them automatically. 4. A new PMP Mod AVC 1.02M plugin by Magelo is included. In order to avoid conflicts with the original PMP Mod 2.02. This new AVC plugin will use extension name "AVC" which means you'll have to rename your pmp avc files to name.avc. The original PMP movie files will still be name.pmp. 5. A new beautiful skin "Vista Clarity" by PSPHax0r9. Bug Fixes: - Fix a bug which cause the inability to launch a 1.5 UMD game from iR Shell. - There was a bug in the previous public release which caused "hide splash screen" under iR Configurator not working. It's now fixed. - A log file "debug.txt" in the root directory has been accidentally left in the previous public release. You can manually remove it. Next is an update of Daedalus, but not from StrnmNrmn, but by Wally. Some speed and graphical improvements aswell as compatibility. THis is a must have, have played a little into Super Mario 64 and TLoZ oT with it. Still needs improvements, hopefully StrnmNrmn has something big instore for R9Next is another PSPRevolution mod by Monkeyboy, this time in the form of Square Enix. Features 12 songs from the Final Fantasy series and Chrono Trigger Next is the last update to the CPS1 emulator by NJ. Now that this is perfected, he can perfect the CPS2 emulator. Changelog:
2 Notes on Version 1.0 Modifications:
About Bootleg Edition Games:
Changelog: - fine tune audio sync while playing (CROSS-LEFT minus 10ms / CROSS-RIGHT add 10ms) - Picture copy to memory stick as PNG/JPG (pressing LTRIGGER and RTRIGGER at once) - Direct jump to top of dirlisting with RTRIGGER and UP - Jump 20 item down with RTRIGGER AND DOWN - Fix the auto play bug - Auto tag images (=slideshow) (if you select an image without being in playlist, it will play until a non-image is reached) - Better download indicator of rss feed Art, the X-Flash guy, has released a new version of his Virtual Tape Recorder homebrew app that works with the Socom headset or Talkman mic. Changelog: - Increased virtual reel buffer to 22 Mb which provides more recording time for every sample rate. - Implemented MPH's free RAM display at startup to keep track of RAM consumption during development. - Added a visible VOX sensitivity indicator, and the vox sensitivity is now adjustable. - Fixed voice activation routine to scan the wave for peaks so the VOX indicator can work properly. - Other small fixes, and code optimisations. - Added demonstration eboot sound. Next is yet another update to XviD4PSP Changelog: Fixed long names subtitles import. Fixed file filtering in explorer tabs. Now Temp and Save folder info added to log. Fixed folders deleting. Fixed and enhanced DolbySurround Downmix. German translation added. Fixed switch between DVD titles. Fixed critical bug with Temp Path. Now default temp path = SystemDrive:\Temp. Next is the Screen/Video Capture plugin for devhook, that can take gif videos when playing a game in Devhook. changelog: - 16bit screen displays now supported (thanks edison) - Stop recording button combo more responsive - Config file added allowing customizable controls and video settings Last, and probably one of the greatest updates to my list is the Devhook .46/VShex 1.63a mod. This thing has every plugin and mod you can do to Devhook, excluding what can be done to the firmware dumps because it doesn't include them. It has CheatCW, Screen/Video Capture, Screenshot, Background, USBhost, HEN_C, everything included and ready to use, just add the firmware dumps. Still has the Home+Start PSP Reset feature. Even lets you change settings when auto-loading through custom firmware. This is a must have, it got me to update from .44. changelog:
