Can Someone Convert This So That I Can Be Viewable In 2.71 Its A Ff Gameboot!!

Its Already In Pmf Format But I Dont Kno How To Undo It So That It Can Be Mps To Pmf'd Correctly For Use In 2.71 Emulation

*edit* It can be done, all you have to do is drag the pmf file over the pmffix.exe and it will be fixed

MPS To Gameboot And Icon Converter

This new version supports icons now and has batch conversion (thanks psp-sniper!).

This is likely to be the final release.

Your icons must be as follows,

Rez - 144x80
Frame Rate - 29.97 (NOT 29.976 or 30, ONLY 29.97)

The AVI itself must be uncompressed and must be to to the specifiaction of the above.

There is a full enclosed guide included with the converter tool. Read it just to make sure you know you're doing everything right. All tools mentioned in the guide are free of charge and do not put watermarks in your video.

There is a 500kb limit on ICON1.PMF so be careful not to make your icons too long and bitrates too high.

The PMF's created by this version now output a compatible devhook and 1.50+ PMF's. Also works in IRSHELL.

finnally thanks for this darkstone, been hoping there was a way to make ICON1 pmfs. thanks, gonna go mess and make some now

I'm having some trouble with the this, following the guide, once i've done the AVS and try and open it in VirtualDubMod i get the error

AviSynth open failure:
Evaluate: System exception -Access violation
("directory of avs",line1)

any ideas on how to fix this, thanks

hrm... make sure your file is in the same directory as the avs file?

yeah there definatly in the same directory...

I just copy an pasted the example out of the guide and changed the name of the avi.

it should have a custom icon1.pmf and a custom snd0.at3

highlight the program in the xmb (should be a sms emu) and tell me if it loads a video! thanks!
