I Don't Know Where To Get The Recovery Folder But When you Do Here Are The Instructions That I Got From Somewhere

Open up the .rar file that you downloaded and inside it will have a folder called "flasher for recovery". Open it and you will see a recovery folder. Put that folder in PSP/GAME/ and inside that folder put the 1.5 update and call it UPDATE.PBP

Go into the recovery menu by pressing "R" while it boots up, plug your power cable in, and click the selection that says something like run program at PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/.

It will then reflash The PSP to the 1.5 firmware.

Re: I want to downgrade my Se-B custom firmware!!!

You can still use Devhook on SE, but if you really want to:
1. Re-download the 2.71SE update.
2. You're going to have to remake the DATA.DXAR file, follow the readme.
3. Get the 1.5 Update Eboot, and rename it UPDATE.PBP
4. Place it in the Recovery Folder, which should be in your game menu.
5. Run it by holding the R-trigger on boot, which will bring you to the Recovery menu. Then just go to the Recovery option.
