Re: Popstation - Compatibility List

Persona 2: Innocent Sin and Eternal Punishment aren't playing. Innocent Sin freezes in the first battle and Eternal Punishment just has general graphical bugs and freezing throughout.

Digimon World 3 also was not working, it freezes everytime I go upstairs in the first inn and sometimes between maps. This could just be my error in ripping the game though.

Re: Popstation - Compatibility List

Tested the following pretty thoroughly, mostly made from my own PSOne games using PopStation v3.00:

- Marvel Vs Capcom (NTSC-J) working fine - even thought it's the Japan version, it's mostly in english - totally playable
- Marvel Super Heroes (NTSC-U) working fine
- X-Men Vs Street Fighter (NTSC-U) working fine
- Marvel Super Heroes Vs. Street Fighter (NTSC-J) working - even thought it's the Japan version, it's mostly in english - totally playable
- Capcom Vs. SNK Millenium Fight 2000 Pro (NTSC-U) working great - pretty cool game too
- Pocket Fighters (NTSC-U) Works great
- WipeOut XL (NTSC-U) - no apparent issues - only played a few races though
- WipeOUt 3 (NTSC-U) - no apparent issues - only played a few races though
- RayStorm (NTSC-U) - works fine
- Oddworld: Abes Oddysee (NTSC-U) - Works fine but, it's really though to play because of the button combinations needed to get past certain spots (L1&L2 together for instance, other times you need R1&R2)

I know it's an old post but, what firmware version were you using to test with? Perhaps the newer firmwares will play the game?

I kinda wanted to work my way through all of the FF's... since I'm hooked on FF2 now and really enjoyed FF1 (the actual PSP remakes).

Anyone know how to get Brave Fencer Musashi and Final Fantasy 8 to work with Popstation? Mainly BFM can't play it on my PS2 :'(

Re: Popstation - Compatibility List

Hot Wheels Turbo Racing [NTSC]- Doesn't work. Loads the movie screen then goes to black screen of death

Need For Speed: High Stakes [NTSC]- Works

World's Scariest Police Chases [NTSC]- Works

Vigilante 8 [NTSC]- Does indeed work but will color balls appearing in the distance (I guess "minor graphical flaws" would be the right word choice)

Vigilante 8L Second Offense [NTSC]- Works but no music

Re: Popstation - Compatibility List

So far Final Fantasy IX [PAL](with the region patch) works using 3.40 popsloader, it freezes in evil forest and leaving dali if using a higher popsloader though. Still working my way through it thougH

Ghost in the Shell [PAL] works, but haven't played it much yet
