Ketchupman’s Custom Firmware 3.95 to be released soon

It seems that Ketchupman will be releasing the latest build of his cfw soon (or is it made by Ketchupman?? It’s only a theory...). His reverse-engineered worked, borrowed from M33’s 3.93, had featured everything included in DaX’s latest custom firmware, with the recovery menu built accessible in the XMB.



Aside from not being made by the famous Dark_Alex, 3.95’s disadvantage will be that it will not support popsloader (which makes sense, since it’s supported by DaX himself).

Here is the preliminary changelog from the previous version of the custom firmware:

• Launch ISO / homebrew 3.xx


• Adding a name to differentiate firmware for PSP to 3.95 standard ones FC (general request in the forums).


• POPS 3.95


• IRShell functional functional except ISO Launch


• PSP 5.0 Filer functional


• Plug-in Capture.prx tested ok


• Plug-in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].prx tested ok


• Plug-in Recovery LE (Ketchup) and tested ok (except for displaying the version number blocked on 3.90M33 - Update plug-in planned)


• The USB Host is always buggy but works perfectly with a small tip.


• The recovery is still accessible directly via the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] with the L key


• CXMB does not currently works but we updating the plug-in is underway (just a problem of addresses to settle)


• Popsloader not working. Only Dark_Alex can update its plug-in. Is not planned at this time.


• Taking screenshots should be added. Still under discussion
