It's 1.5-2.0 only.
Just put it in the game folder on your psp ms, put your manga anywhere on the memory stick, use the app, and there it works.

the good thing with this app is that it doesnt do that loading thing that happens when your viewing manga on pic viewer from psp where it takes forever to load if it even loads
