Hi guys,

PSP X MAG is looking for some good and dedicated writers to join the team.

Immediate Requirements:
-You must own and be able to use Adobe Photoshop or Photoshop Elements
-You must own a PSP
-You must have thorough knowlege of PSP functions

-Why would you like to write for PSP X MAG?
-What have you done in the past that makes you a qualified writer?
-How old are you? Are you in high school, college, or have you graduated?
-How many hours per week can you dedicate to PSP X MAG?

-What's your primary use of the PSP?

Hi Mo

Ok well,

1.) I love to write things like essays and short stories

2.) I once wrote an essay that won me the grand prize which was $5,000, it was actually this year

3.) I am 14 turning 15 in January, first year of high school

4.) I would be able to dedicate about 3 hours a day so 21 hours a week, unless i have a exam or test for school, or for sports

5.) I like shooters like Socom FTB, it really excites me when i own noobs!

6.) For the psp i use the internet and online gaming, sometimes i will watch a movie.

P.S I do have knowledge about Photoshop CS2

i want to be a staff member. i had alot of eperience with the psp and i will be willing to help you guys out on things

the questions you asked.
1. i had alot of experience with the psp. example with updates,downgrades,devhooks, and many other stuff
2.i have written many stories in the past that involves superheroes and what not
3.i am 14 years old and i am a freshman in high school.
4.i could dedicate psp x mag about 6 hrs. a day
5. my favorite psp game genre are adventure games
6. i spend alot of time with my psp and i mainly play adventure and rpg games and get alot of homebrew games as well

Is no one else really interested? I guess it's not that surprising, since the target audience here may not find any interest in writing; still, though, if we continue receiving this marginal level of support, I don't know how long PSP X MAG will survive...

WHOA! This thread flew right over my head. I'd be glad to help.

1. Why would you like to write for PSP X MAG?

I would like to write for PSP X MAG because I've been a fan of hte magazine since the first issue. I also really want to help PSPC strive its way to the number 1 gamimg site.

2. What have you done in the past that makes you a qualified writer?

Well for one thing I am on the PSPC news staff so that must mean that I have at least some experience with writing. In English class I currently have a 97% and last week we had to write a 2 page story but I got carried away and wrote an 8 page story.

3. How old are you? Are you in high school, college, or have you graduated?

I am 14 years old but I'll be 15 in 51 days. I am a freshman in highschool.

4. How many hours per week can you dedicate to PSP X MAG?

Monday - About 6 hours
Tuesday - About 5 hours
Wednesday - About 6 hours
Thursday - About 6 hours
Friday - About 9 to 10 hours
Saturday - Depends on the week. If I'm not doing anything I will have 12+ hours to help on PSP X MAG but if I am doing something I might not be on at all.
Sunday - About 4 to 5 hours
Total - 48 to 50 hours (or more if you really need me)

5. What your favorite PSP game genre and why?

I pretty much like all genre of games. If i had to chose just one I would chose...war/action games. I've bee na fan of that genre for as long as I can remember. Not only do I like them but I would say that I am pretty good at them too.

6. What's your primary use of the PSP?

The main thing I use my PSP for is for games and by games I mean legally bought UMDs. I am truely not a fan of homebrew however I know a lot about it and how to use them.

7. Do you have any photoshop experience?

I have a lot of photoshop experience. I'm not good at making sigs but I am fairly decent at making logos, small images, photo manipulation, editing images so that they are how you like it (like I may be able to take out a water mark of an image depending on how it is placed and many other things), and many other things.

I hope I can be apart of this team.
