yeah if u have a psp 3.90m33 ur good to go just go to ur psp folder and put it in ur theme folder.

Ok for some reason I cant get them to show up O.o anyone know why this would be happening?

Do you have CXMB installed on your psp? if not download it here for CFW 3.90:
