Game Pictures / Order ?

When you browse your PSP and go To Games > Memory stick >

and it has a list of your games. theres pictures beside them or small videos if you highlight them, how can you change the picture, or the background video/picture it shows?

also is there anyway to change the order of the games.

Well I Found out how to change game orders.. I Used this little program..

Update: Ive Also Found out how to edit the games pictures. using the psp Content Manager found here

I tried this program and it seemed like it worked fine, then i saved it and it went back to the way it was. Maybe i'm using it wrong, but it seems fairly simple to me.
