Do you get stars from playing online? and how do you do tricks?

You get stars for completing Grand Prix mode. And to do tricks just shake the wiimote.

On your Wii Driver's License. You know the thing you click on to load your data? You should see stars there, if you earned them in Grand Prix. Did you get 1st place a lot on races?

yea i gotcha ya its just those things didnt look like stars to me

Oh, yeah sometimes you have to stare hard to actually make them out lol.
