every time i put it in on the game it don't work... where do i get the levels at is it a extra option or what i put in the sound code and every thing but im lost at the last part i press start and hold a them press stat when sonic comes up but i don't see a change some one give me some advice on this plz

Maybe this will help.

Level Select:
From the main screen, select Options.
Select Sound Select and play sounds 19, 65, 9, 17, then push C.
Press Start to return to the main screen, and when Sonic and Tails appear, hold A and press Start.

Sonic 2 was a classic! I still have the emerald hill music stuck in my head.

Keep that in mind you can also use the super sonic cheat and stuff.
