Wario Ware Smooth Moves

I feel that i just need to,review this game, since i bought it yesterday, i have been hooked, and i feel the need to show all you members just how awesome this game is

For those of you not aware of the world of Wario Ware (Shame on You!!), its a collection of 200 quickfire minigames that involves holding the Wiimote in about 15 different postitions..catchy..and ..stupid...but fun

Story
The game starts revealing the mystical item known as the form baton (Wiimote), and that is has many forms to be used in, then as you start the first stage (Wario) you find him stuffing his fat face as usual, when a little critter comes and nicks his food, wario runs after it and ends up in some kind of temple where he finds the form baton..him picking it up though triggers a trap and he starts running, thus the game begins

Graphics
The graphics actually look nice, all the characters are colourful and well drawn and the ingame graphics show this, though the Wii won't be able to rival the likes of the 360, the game still looks lovely, and great to play, not much to complain about

Sound
Now this is one of the aspects that drew me more into the game, the soundtrack for each character is so catchy, its unreal, i got hooked to the game, just my watching gameplay trailers as i loved the music, i gurrentee that you will be tapping your feel between games due to the seriously catchy tunes, little minigames even have catchy music, so dont let it put you off

Controls
The control system to this game is stunning!! now on earth nintendo came up with such werid and fun stances is amazing, such as the elephant (holding the Wiimote on your nose like trunk) or the mohawk (holding it on your head like a mohawk) and loads of others that will have you laughing, i have never seen a wario ware like this and i am glad that i did because there isnt an aspect of the games control system that hasnt been covered here and that is showing you just how clever nintendo are

(P.S you will notice here that all the first games only need the Wiimote, well fear not, when you finish the final games, Orbulon comes along (from the GBA Wario Ware) and his games requires you to use the Balance Stone (Nunchuck) as well as the Form Baton (Wiimote)

Gameplay
The gameplay revolves around going around all warios chums and playing there games, and as you beat them, more unlock, the more of his mates appear, then once you have finshed them, if you wana play them again, its a nin-stop set of games till you run out of lives, and when you finish a boss (after finishing the person once), you have a scroll come down saying "Lets Pose"..and you see a guy doing a pose, this is funny, as it does the most pointless of poses such as "Air Guitar" or "Shopping Cart", a great addition, and i think i should also add that everytime you have to use a new "Form" you have a explination by a guy, but what is good here is that he does it in the most dull voice ever and there is always a piss take of some kind in there, and that is what makes this game unique, the gameplay will have you hooked, as you will be dying to beat that high score of your games and then you have multiplayer.....

Difficulty
All i have to say here is that when you get deep into your minigames (like..60 games in), this game goes so fast, you have to put your brain in overdrive, you have to put the remote into the postition, work out what game you are playing...then play it...all in about 7 seconds..not easy..

Multiplayer
Now this is what will keep this game authentic for years to come, you can have a total of 15 mates and you =16 of you playing with the 1 Wiimote, and thats when the fun comes in. You have 4 modes of play, Balloon (you have to not be in range of the balloon when it explodes), Survival (Play untill someone loses a game, till there is 1 person left, then they win), Bomb, (You play untill the bomb goes boom..then that persons out, till you have a winner) and lifeline, you play till 1 person is left then you cut rope, and whoever falls in the water is out and the winner is the 1 left hanging, then you have mini games too which include darts

such awesome multiplayer!!

Replay Value
The only this making you comeback is so you can beat your high scores, or so you can whip your mates, and trust me when i say that you WILL want to come back and make a prat of yourself again and again, because it is so much fun!!

Overall
Overall this game in amazing, there is so much to be done..then there is more.. and this is what will be making you return to play this, then you have multiplayer, and this is the high of this game, get loads of your mate over and play this all night, you will never have to much fun, the sound and music is catchy and all the positions an humor makes this one of the best Wii games out, only rivaled my Rayman and lets face it..Rayman sucks compared to this..so..do what is right...GO AND BUY THIS NOW!!

WarioWare has done it again....the best game on the Wii..Other then Zelda Twilight Princess

i got rayman for christmas, and i have to say that warioware whips it in everyway possible, ok rayman is good fun, but i have to say, i will be playing this for ALOT longer

Great review. I only own Madden NFL 07 and Zelda: TP for my Wii. Would this be a good next purchase? I was debating between this and Excite Truck.

Me and my bro wanna play multiplayer mode, and errr, yeah, how? - I couldnt even find it in the manual. Unless the UK version isn't multiplayer

Ha! I know this one and I don't have it! You have to beat single player mode to unlock it. It's like the good old games where you have to unlock other modes by beating the modes that the game starts with!

yea...but it only took me 2 hours to finish the game, so thats how i know,, i was wondering where it was when i first booted it up

Oooh, i think i only played it for an hr max, maybe. I was multi-tasking lol was still on lappy and MSN, when I was playin it lol
