Virtual Console-Kirby's Adventure (Nes)

Kirby's very first adventure started here with Kirby's Adventure! Now ready to be replayed on the Wii's virtual console..but is it as good as it was back on the nes?

Graphics
Nothing special, even for the wii, this is the basic you would expect from the nes and even on the Wii, it looks about the same to if you were going to dig your nes out and play this, colourful on occasion..that about it, dont expect to go wow about these graphics, even back in 1993..i dread to think what people saw of this game

Gameplay
A qwirky platformer, loads of ememies and even special abilities thrown in. 4-6 stages in each world and 5 worlds with mini games, though the mini games are simple,some of them have a chalenge. on occasion, the levels though are small, taking about 5 mins each, longer if you fancy explaring them for a while. There are better platrormers out there, but this is nice for those who like a nice easy game

Sound
What are you expecting from a 8bit game...some basic sounds and annoying music? thats what you are getting, if you like it or not, some of tunes you will reconigse if you have played other kirby games, but nothing special.

Controls
Now this is what infuriated me with the wii, the controls are awful, the dpad is crap, when u play this game, you will end up flying, even when you dont want tom cause you will have accidentally moved your thumb up, this can become very tedious..so im warining you..

None...unless u fancy going again of looking in new area's in
levels...shame...

Is this worth your points..yes if you are a kirby fan, and i mean BIG kirby fan, no if you are looking for a decent platformer with a challenge, 500 points...well, il leave that to you

Dissapointing...but only for avid kirby lovers...the controls let it down so much...why didnt they make it more playable?

I was looking at this game in the Wii store, and was about to buy it Thanks for the review, it saved me 8 dollars of waste. I'll just play it on a emulator lol.
