GTA:IV Cheat Codes /Hidden things to do

Now, I'm having some problems with my GTA... My game progress is at about 91%, I believe I've done everything (except Pigeons) so I don't know why it's higher. Now, lets check this checklist:

Successfully complete all 90 story and procedural missions to get 68% complete.

*CHECK* According to my pause menu, I have 94 missions complete...

Successfully complete all 30 car thefts to get an additional 2%.

*CHECK*

Successfully complete all 50 stunt jumps to get an additional 2.5%.

*CHECK*

Collect all 200 pigeons (flying rats) to get an additional 2.5%.

*NOT FINISHED* I have 100 more pigeons to go.

Find all random characters and complete their missions to get an additional 5%.

*CHECK* There are 10 random chars that count toward 100%. Jeff, Cherise, Clarence and Ivan are not mandatory for the 100%. I've met 11 (and completed missions for) all required and Jeff.

Successfully complete all 20 vigilante crimes to get an additional 2.5%.

*CHECK*

Kill all 30 people on the list to get an additional 2.5%.

*CHECK*

Beat friends or computers at every activity to get an additional 5%.

*MAYBE?* This is what I'm unsure about (as well as the next requirement). I've beat someone at all 4 activities at least once. These being bowling, darts, pool and the strip club (in Brooklyn, Queens and Bronx). According to the guide, the strip club counts as an activity, =P.

Now, do I have to also do the bowling place in Manhattan too? As well as the strip club in Jersey? Otherwise, I think I can check this off.

Get all your friend's special abilities and do all their activities to get an additional 10%. Note: This does not include Dwayne or Roman.

*MOST LIKELY THE ONE I'M MISSING* According to my phone, I can call Alex and get 50% off clothes, I can call Brucie and get a chopper ride, I can call Carmen and get a health boost, I can call Kiki and get 3 star wanted level off, I can call Little Jacob and buy guns from the back of his car, I can call Packie and get him to make me bombs and I know he doesn't count, but I can get cab rides from Roman. (And I killed Dwayne).

I did everyone's activities, (Brucies imports and races, Jacob's drug deals and the Assassination missions) UNLESS I'm misunderstanding... Maybe I'm supposed to do each activity thats available (pool, bowling, darts, drinking, show, heli, boats, etc) with each of them...

I really need your help guys... I wanna get it done soooooonnn!!!!

10% - Friends. Get their perks and take each friend to every activity they enjoy. Nothing needs to be done with Roman or Dwayne.

I'm at 97.08%

I finished killing all the pigeons... And I did each activity that Packie, Brucie and Little Jacob enjoy (Do I need them to like and respect me 100% too?)... I don't know what I'm missing...

EDIT: Never mind... I forgot to save my QUBED high score win... apparently that was enough to get my 2.98% =P

I was doing that for like a week streight but then I finally bought a 1 month xbox live card and now im hooked on the multiplayer aspect of GTA IV. I win everytime at the races, but when I play the death matches I freakin suck cuz i get my car blown up every time by a rocket laucher. Someone has cheats on the game damn it, i swear hahaha

i have been trying to visit all the friend on the islands and they are not there. there is an acheivment for finding all the friends right?
