Hey I'm new to the 360 and when I play games such as Blacksite Area 51 when I get achevments done I get like 10 G. what does 10 G mean?

Gamerscore... the more achievements you earn the bigger your gamerscore gets. It doesn't do anything, just adds replayability to a game... look at peoples gamercards
