Best place to get a replacement DVD drive

I am on my third 360 after the first 2 I got failed within the initial 90 day warranty period. Unfortunately this one which appeared to finally be a good unit failed after 6 months with a defective DVD drive. The spindle motor just froze up solid.

Any way, I figure I will try to drop in a replacement drive since I had no troubles elsewhere either with overheating or RROD as I did on the first two units. It really sucks and I was so mad when it died that I just set it on the shelf and ignored it for the last 6 months but I figure that it is stupid not to fix it so I guess I will throw a new drive in it.

I don't want to get screwed aeround with incompatible drives though and was hoping maybe some of you here could share who is selling reliable replcement drives.

Any recommendations?

You can always try and get the RROD and get a free repair since you have a 3-year coverage for RROD problems...
