Yesterday it was reported that Ridge Racer 2 was in development, well now some brand new screenshots are available.
Ridge Racer 2 will include 18 courses, mostly taken from previous games in the series. The games graphics are similar to the last game which isn’t a bad thing for all you Ridge Racer fans.
Ridge Racer 2 is set to be released 14th September at a price of 5,040 Yen.

the graphics look to me like they have been improved a little better texure's and shading but this is yet another old game just a remix of an old title!!
i think the psp deserves something new and orignal already!!!!!!!

hmmm it looks similar to the last one. And from the looks of it maybe the music is the same and so are the maps.
So what I guessing is that there are new Maps/Cars/Music and maybe if we are lucky infrastructure.
Although from the looks of it, it looks great

at least have new music, like new original music. ridge racer was my 1st game for ps1,ps1,psp and im still playing them now! for the love of drifting please have new music!
