In the recent weeks of my absent from the site, i have be doing some deep behind the scenes work trying to forge a friendship with developers and publishers to work with for the site for upcoming interviews and early previews on games and upcoming projects. Due to recent NDAs i agreed to sign I was forbidden to speak of some of the leaked info i addressed to sony . Namely a few rather interesting things for the psp and a slip up for a new ps3 game thats in the works. Firstly lets speak of the psp when speaking with bob smith (names have been changed, to stop my sony mole from being fired) a brand new ip from Ready At Dawn the developers of daxter on psp are working on a new ip , still being a platformer and riding of the success of the daxter game and i quote a recent chat between me and Bob Smith.
Quick Questions:
DappaDizzle : So this isn’t just daxter 2?
Bob smith : This is a new ip be assured, the reason i say riding of daxter is because it was one of if not the best platformer on psp, would u not agree ?
DappaDizzle : Talk about self praise lol , but yeah it was a great game.
Bob Smith : Heh ,well I’m sorry to sound arrogant but its true, the new ip will consist of the build of daxter , with load times next to none with beautiful graphics for a handheld with a depth of feel to the gameplay.
That was just part of the conversation i held with him, he also went in to discuss sony’s plan to bring the playstation store to the psp which we all guess was their next move. He later hinted at some original downloadable games such as FLOW, and calling all cars.
His Comment Regarding PSP2:
"Sony by the looks of things will be taking the ipod route every 2 or 3 years maybe longer they will release and improved system not doing away with the name or image of the psp i mean do u really want a psp 2?"
So that was what ive been holding back and itching to tell u guys , also a ps3 title that was in house and a FPS at launch , if i say the name i will be sued to the high heavens will be part of a stretched 8 series.

Pretty sweet information Dappa, but even if the psp2 was 10 times better then the psp, I woulden't want to waste my cash on buying another psp system.8 l
