GTA:VCS Advertisments found too risky.

Political pressure has forced many nations to agree that they will no longer carry ads for GTA or any other M-rated game. This news comes only weeks after the games release but already the game is making news for its controversial ads, below is a list of the occurences and pictures of said billboards.

  • Boston,MA,USA-taken down 12/15/06

 
  • Portland,OR,USA- taken down 12/4/06 "The transit system lost $71,250 removing the ads, but the value of a cop’s life is ’priceless.’"
  • London,EN,UK-Buses changed 12/1/06

yeah, the bus is ermm..... insanely retarted, but i dont quite see the problem with the boston ad, unless they are just phasing out the ads completely...

its not the law at fault, its the mentality of the people. kids already think harming others is cool and they are not taught how to treat others. there is a bad mix going on in how countrys raise their kids.

Precisely, lightcloud, this generation of kids is ****in retarted, well about 60%. Unfortunately, i'm in that generation, but fortunately i'm smart. and even more unfortunately out of the 60%, 50% of morons are right here in new york, bumbass gangstas with their rap music.... i still like the ad, it's neat.

its just the lame gov that can't do their jobs so they use music and video games as excuses to why everything is the way it is when really alls the music and games are is a reflection of whats already been going on with or without it.
