Resistance goes portable?

Insomniac Games, the developer of the successful PlayStation 3 - launchtitle Resistance: Fall of Man, has signaled their desire to put a Resistance on the PlayStation Portable. Whether this game will actually come out or not, is still unknown. Insomniac will first develop Resistance 2: Rise of Man for the PlayStation 3 and after that, we might see a portable Resistance.
Let’s get out hopes up and hope that this game will feature an original story line with an awesome multiplayer mode like it’s PS3 counterpart.

this game wont be good since people will be so into the PS3 version that a downgraded version of this game wont be as good for people... unless they haven't played the PS3 game of course

Well, Raziel, resistance plays like a ps2 game more than a ps3 game. It will probably play decently on a psp but the controls will likley be wonky, but I thinkitd do decently well but not be a spectacular game

why dont these companies understand that psp FPS SUCK!!! horrid controls and less action on screen, th emax guys you'll see on screen will be like 5....wen in COD3 ps3/pc/360 you see like 30!!!

Not Everybody will be Able to Afford a PS3,i Can't so any FPS on PSP is Great News For me, Keep em coming Sony!!!!! & also Looking forward to Call of Duty on PSP....HURRAY Can't Wait.............

*Sigh* Ok, it's time for me to fight the ignorant people again. *Ahem* KIllzone liberation, did any of you give it any time? the game was actually good, there was nothing wrong with it. They steered away from the FPS so the won't f*** up like they did with Killzone 1, don't be bias with what you like and dislike, you have to judge games for what they are. Beside the point, Resistance is one of the few games that are worth buying on the PS3, if you have one... Besides, I don't own a PS3 quite yet, I have a Wii, 360 and the PSP. Resistance is a good game of course, and their developer is good too, being insomniac. They did an amazing job on the ports to the PSP with Ratchet and Clank. Why wouldn't they do a good job with Resistance. PSP is underated by many people, it has a great processor and GPU... for a godamn handheld. Many games look great on it, Coded arms, Syphon filter, monster hunter, rainbow six, wipeout, all sorts of games, of course including Tekken, so they can, of course, make resistance look good on the PSP. And for people who complain about PSP FPS's, you complain about the 2nd analog stick right? thats the most popular reason why people don't like PSP FPS's. What they don't realize is that they can change their controls (switch the movement of the analog stick with the looking of the face buttons) on most games. I played coded arms, syphon filter, and Ghost in the shell... I beat coded arms and syphon silter twice as fast as I did GITS, because you can't change the controls with GITS.... Please, try it out, don't complain about PSP FPS's, thier good. The biggest reason why they should port resistance to the PSP is that firstly it's SONY, so PSP and PS share loads of multi-platformers and sequels, secondly, and most importantly, Not alot of people have or will have a PS3 for a long time. While PSP is cheap, effective, powerful and would be a great choice for a backup of a PS console.

I didn't mean to diss killzone liberation for the psp, It is a good game mostly because of the features like the awesome co-op play! I also agree with you in some terms Gene, But just calm down man,Take a chill pill ese.( ;
