According to NPD sales in February, the PSP has continued to show a strong continuation of sales. More specifically, the PSP sales jumped 38% compared to last February, selling 243,100 units worldwide. It would be logical to infer that the Slim PSP, as well as games such as Patapon and Wipeout Pulse contributed to the figures, and hopefully the sales on units and games will rise even more with the releases of FF7 - Crisis Core and God of War - Chains of Olympus this month in the US.
Also, an interesting point is that the PSP was not too far off in sales terms compared to the Xbox 360, which sold 254,600 last month.
In other news, the PS3 outsold the Xbox 360 for a second month in a row, pushing 280,800 consoles.
