Since the PSP has been out gamers have been in the need of a second analog stick to be implemented into the portable system. Without it, we have not seen too many first person shooter games or any other games in need of a second analog stick. Well LordNico from Acidmods seems to like the idea and took it from an idea to a realistic mod! He has been able to place a second analog stick under the shape pad on the right hand. By pointing it in the proper direction it can copy the original functions from the pad above. Pretty neat mod I must say!

^ Now that is real cool. I'm amazed that they've fitted a 2nd analog stick on a slim o.O It's probably cramped under neath the face plate ... although I don't think I'll be opening the PSP Slim for a long time after a failure, when trying to open up the phat lol. Broke the power switch
But now that slims is even more cramped with less room for holding the PSP lol, still it's a awesome mod.

anyways,this is amazing,i applaude this guy for makeing a second analog nub for the psp.
if there is a way for me to send my psp in and pay for this,i might do it!
take a hard look at this sony,you should put a second nub on the next model psp,it would do great things..

I like it when they make these mods like the originals, in essence making it look like the second one was there to begin with. I get so sick of these gaudy things attatched to the side or people hooking up ones in akward place like the top of the PSP above the Triangle, or using some huge analog stick. I mean personally I don't like the Dual Analog on anything, I try not to use it if possible even on my PS2. However I see where there would be an advantage on the PSP having and tolerate it because it's the PSP Scene. Not to mention the homebrew use as well, I mean imagine using an AFKIM that had a keyboard set for both Analog sticks. That would allow you to send IM's fast than with the current Danzeff Keyboard. Well anyway I appreciate mods like this because in all honesty they are hard to do and sometimes you to do with the tech you have to make things work. Also I know from doing mods myself that it's no real easy task to figure out how to get these things slim and sleek as possible and have them do what you want them to do. So to make it like this in such a seemless matter is downright amazing.
