l0rdnic0 from AcidMods has managed to solder an Xbox 360 chatpad onto a PSP via a PSP remote cable and has used software from the Open Keyboard Project to make a working chatpad mod!
It isn’t fully working yet but, barring a few issues to sort out, it’s one of the best mods (and has the potential to be one of the most useful mods) I’ve seen for the PSP.

Lol the Sony Mylo, I saw that the other day when I was getting my Camcorder repaired, they still sell them brand new. The guy said no one buys them, in fact the last purchase of one was over a year ago but they still have a stock of 500 units. People originally bought it because Sony said it would "replace the PSP"...yesh were they wrong.
The lesson here is that the only good Mylo is Milo Oblong.

that reminds me of the Sony Mylo... I saw it in the store a while back it basically has all the functions of the psp Minus the games, and with a keyboard, they were toughting it as the go with you everwhere and make voip calls type thing that we are not supposed to be able to live with out.
I remember thinking "why doesn't sony make the psp skype enabled" then a little while later they did.. But yeah a Slider keyboard would be bad ass. I can't believe we dont have a psp with a tough screen already.

Wow that would be sweet :D. The chat pad mod is a good start but, slider chat pad would really set the PSP up for the future. Could be a way to put the space where the UMD drive is to good use (not that I presume many PSP users dont use UMDs or anything (A)).

Wow, pretty in genius really. You know what I would love if someone were to make a slider mod like some phones have. You know where you can slide the keyboard down the PSP to use it or have it slide around like the original "Sidekicks" did.
