New Firmware launcher

The beta version 1.3.0 of firmware launcher is available.

Launch all firmware but still buggy.

Use another structure for flash folder, see tutorial in zip

WTF.. guys.. its a firmware launcher, it tricks your PSP into thinking its another firmware rather than 1.5 or 1.0 and it works on some games except for GTA and SOCOM..

So it is exactly the same as the one from the SonyX team except that it loads 2.1 and 2.5 BUT it is glitchy...might need it in the future but not now...thanks anyway
